Anyone who built something and wants to show it. You made it for fun, for your family, for one weird problem only you have. Show your creativity. Test your idea with a real audience. Connect with people who build like you do. And who knows — plenty of people get noticed (and hired) because someone saw what they made.
?Do I have to share my code?
No. The video (we call it a munchie once it's live) is the star. Add a GitHub link or a starter prompt if you want others to rebuild your idea — totally optional.
?What happens after I upload?
We review it, polish it if you chose "enhance," and post it across our YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram channels. You get an email with the links when it's live.
?Who owns my video?
You do. By uploading you give us permission to edit it for format and share it on our channels — that's it. When we post your video, we credit your handle and link back to its page here. Your app, your code, your idea stay yours.
?Can I make money from this?
Not yet — we're just getting started and nothing makes money at this point, including us. We have ideas for the future, so stay tuned. And if you have an idea of your own, we'd love to hear it — get in touch at hello@appmunchies.com.
?What counts as an app?
If it runs and you can show it in 60 seconds, it counts. iPhone apps, web toys, scripts, browser extensions, things built with Claude, Lovable, Replit, Cursor, or by hand. Old iPad from 2014? Perfect.
